Enclave at Lake Geneva Community Development District

The Enclave at Lake Geneva Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on February 22, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida Ordinance No. 2024-01 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Enclave at Lake Geneva CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of the City of Fruitland Park, Lakea County, Florida and covers approximately 134.5 acres of land. The real property within the boundaries of the District is generally located north of Spring Lake Road, south of Lake Ella Road, west of U.S. 27 South, and east of Micro Racetrack Road.

The Charter of the District shall be as set forth in Chapter 190, Florida Statues, as amended, as created by general law. The powers and functions of the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statues, as may be amended from time to time.

The Enclave at Lake Geneva Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on February 22, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida Ordinance No. 2024-01 The City further consents to the District's exercise of special powers described in 190.012(2)(a) and 190.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time.
